STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please check goods carefully as no claim of any kind will be accepted unless notified within 3 days. 

[CONDITIONS OF SALES] 

1. The goods included in this invoice are guaranteed to be in the nature, substance and quality therein described and to comply with the Goods and Drugs Act and other regulations relating to the sales of food. 

2. No claims of any kind can be admitted one the goods are signed for. 

3. Goods once sold are not returnable unless otherwise agreed. 

4. All delivery notes must be signed for by consignee. 

5. C.O.D amounts paid must be receipted by suppliers representative. 

6. Ownership of the goods shall remain with the seller until payment of them is made to the seller by the buyer, except that the risk of any loss of damage to, or deterioration of the goods from whatever cause shall be borne by the buyer from the time the goods are dispatched from the sellers premises or from the premises of

the sellers agent to the buyer or his nominee, and provided further that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to relieve the buyer from and liability to pay for the goods.
